Quilts at the 2017 New York State Fair

  1. The New York State Fair toppled two attendance records Monday, setting new standards for single-day and total fair attendance.
  2. A total of 124,819 people packed the fair on Labor Day, breaking the one-day record set a week ago Sunday by 1,613.
  3. And the crowds easily broke last year's attendance record for the entire fair. Over its 13-day run this year, 1,161,912 people visited. That's up from 1,117,630 in 2016, or a gain of 44,282.

  1. ...nice records, but a bit too many people for me! Some of the quilts have an Adirondack feel. Thanks Doug for sharing, come on back!
