Week 35 - 17 To Go

Read this work years ago, but after obtaining a library copy read it again. Spenser Johnson’s beautiful book never gets old. Or loses its message.

South Pacific

This evening Joan and I attended our fourth play of the 2019 season, South Pacific at the Preston H. Thomas Theatre in The Merry-Go-Round Playhouse. Weather was ideal.

Once in our seats we surveyed the crowd which was ready to be entertained.

Never viewed the film.

After the play we went to Parker's for dinner, Maggie was our waitress.

Week 33 - 19 To Go

Weak plot and a very slow onset. The authors seem to expend more words on the homeless and less on the actual villains. Emmy Jane Dockery, an analyst, once again saved the day. Pairing James Patterson with David Ellis, two modern day storytellers, seals the bargain.
